摘要:
目的 探讨飞行员进食状况与心理因素的关系。方法 对458名飞行员进行症状自评量表、艾森克人格问卷、生活事件量表、特质应对问卷、领悟社会支持量表、社交回避及苦恼量表测评并分析，数据采用SPSS10.0作相关、多元回归分析。结果 飞行员食欲与心理健康水平、个性、生活事件、特质应对、社会交际、机种以及疾病有显著相关性。多元回归分析显示，忧郁、躯体化症状、负性社交其他问题是导致“胃口不好”的主要因素(标准回归系数依次为0.320、0.247、－0.161)；强迫症状、正性家庭问题、积极应对方式是导致“吃得太多”的主要因素(标准回归系数依次为0.387、0.234、0.201)。结论 在调节飞行员进食状况的过程中，应该注意心理健康水平、个性、生活事件、特质应对、社会交际、机种以及疾病等心理社会因素的影响。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship between the appetite and psychosocial factors in pilots. Methods 458 pilots were evaluated by The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90), Eysenck's Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), Life Event Scale(LES), Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ), Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS), Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SAD).Data were analyzed with SPSS10.0. Results There were significant relationships between pilots' appetite and mental health, personality, life event, trait coping style, social communication, aircraft types and disease. It was showed that melancholy, somatic symptoms and other negative social problems were main factors that affected “Poor Appetite” of pilots(standardized coefficients were 0.320,0.247,－0.161 in turn)by using the multiple correlation regression analysis. And obsessive-compulsive symptoms, positive family problems and positive coping style were main factors that affected “Big Appetite”of pilots(standardized coefficients were 0.387,0.234,0.201 in turn).Conclusion To improve the pilots' appetite, we should pay attention to mental health, personality, trait coping style, life event, social communication, aircraft types and disease.
