摘要:
目的通过高频超声监测新兵集训期间胫骨骨膜厚度的变化,进一步了解高频超声对应力性骨损伤的诊断价值。方法2007年12月~2008年2月,随机抽取106名新兵作为研究对象,于开训前及集训各周分别应用高频超声监测胫骨前内侧骨膜厚度,并将监测结果进行比较。结果开训后各次检查右胫骨前内侧骨膜平均厚度均较开训前明显增厚(P<0.05),以开训第3周和第7周检查骨膜增厚为著,检查的10个点中以第3点、第6点增厚为著。结论高频超声对软组织病变具有较好的分辨能力,能及时准确地观测胫骨骨膜厚度的变化。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the diagnosis value of high frequency ultrasonography on stress bone injury by monitoring the changes of the tibia periosteal thickness before and after military training in recruit. MethodsFrom December 2007 to February 2008, 106 soldiers were selected. The tibia periosteal thicknesses before and after military training were measured by high frequency ultrasonography respectively. The results were then compared. Results The tibia periosteal thickness after military training was obviously increased compared with that before military training (P<0.05). There was a significant difference both in the third week and seventh week, among which the thicknesses of the third and sixth marking of ten markings were increased significantly. ConclusionHigh frequency ultrasonography with high resolution for soft tissue can detect the changes of the tibia periosteal thickness promptly and accurately.
