摘要:
目的 探讨恙虫病患者检测血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)的临床意义。方法 采用ELISA方法检测恙虫病51例(观察组)治疗前后血清IL-6、TNF-α、G-CSF的浓度，并与健康体检者(对照组)比较分析。结果 与对照组比较，观察组治疗前IL-6、TNF-α、G-CSF均明显升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗2周后此3项细胞因子水平明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 检测IL-6、TNF-α、G-CSF对恙虫病患者的诊断及治疗有重要的临床意义。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical value of determination IL-6,TNF-α and G-CSF level in scrub typhus patients. Methods The concentrations of IL-6,TNF-α and G-CSF were measured by using an enzyme-linked immunoassay in 51 patients with scrub typhus(experimental group)and in 51 health cases(control group).IL-6,TNF-α and G-CSF were compared between control and experimental groups.2 weeks after therapy in experimental group,the three cytokine were detected again. Results The levels of IL-6,TNF-α and G-CSF in the scrub typhus group increased obviously compared to the control group(P<0.05), and these cytokine levels were significant lower 2 weeks after therapy in experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The determination of IL-6,TNF-α and G-CSF in scrub typhus patients has important clinical value.
