摘要:
目的 探讨氩氦刀冷冻治疗小肝癌的方法、安全性和近期疗效。方法 选择小肝癌145例在超声引导下行经皮穿刺氩氦刀冷冻治疗。术后定期复查肿瘤标志物及CT或MRI。结果 小肝癌145例，治疗后肿瘤标志物降至正常范围或CT、MRI提示肿瘤完全消融达120例，占82.8%，其中转移性肝癌44例，治疗后肿瘤标志物降至正常或CT、MRI提示完全坏死30例，占68.2%。结论 超声引导下小肝癌的经皮穿刺氩氦刀冷冻治疗是安全、有效的。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate methods,safety and clinical results of the Argon-Helium Cryoablation therapy for the small liver carcinoma.Methods 145 patients with the small liver carcinoma were selected to undergo the Argon-Helium Cryoablation therapy under ultrasound guidance.The patients were followed up with examination of the tumor marker and CT or MRI.Results 82.8% of the 145 small liver carcinoma (≤ 5 cm) were in completed necrosis after therapy,and AFP level in all patients reached the normal range.Thirty(68.2%) sampling metastatic hepatic carcinomas were in complete necrosis after therapy by CT or MRI examination.Conclusion The Argon-Helium Cryoablation therapy under ultrasound guidance is safe and effective.
