摘要:
目的 探讨中医药在老干部保健中的使用情况及效果。方法 对老干部就医现状及对中医药认知和选用情况进行调查分析。结果 近几年老干部日常就医选用中西医结合、中医和西医的比例分别为67.8%、22.6%和9.6%，使用中医治疗的病种有11种，中成药选用种类达81种。结论 中医药在老干部保健中具有独特的优势。中医药在医学模式、理论特点和诊疗方法上，对老年病的防治都具有明显的优势，充分发挥中医药在医疗保健中的作用，对降低老年病的发病率，积极应对老龄社会具有重要意义。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the use and effect of Chinese and western medicine for veteran health care in army retired cadre sanatorium.Methods An investigation was taken about status of medical care,cognition and choice of Chinese and/or western medicine on retired cadre.Results The percentage of selected Chinese medicine combines western medicine,Chinese medicine and western medicine were 67.8%,22.6% and 9.6% respectively.There were 11 kinds diseases were treated with Chinese medicine.There were 81 kinds of Chinese formulated products used.Conclusion Chinese medicine has unique advantage in veteran cadre health care.Chinese medicine has obvious advantages on prevention and treatment for senile diseases in the medical model,theoretical characteristics and diagnostic and treatment methods.It is of great significance to give full play to the role of Chinese medicine in veteran health care to reduce the incidence rate and respond to the aging society.
