摘要:
目的 探讨异位妊娠患者血清中妊娠相关血浆蛋白A（pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A，PAPP-A）水平变化及临床意义。方法 血清PAPP-A、抑制素-A （inhibin-A，INH-A）、β-绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)及孕酮（P）测定均采用全自动化学发光免疫分析法。分别检测异位妊娠78例（观察组）、正常孕妇80例（对照组）血清中 PAPP-A、INH-A、β-HCG及孕酮水平。结果 观察组血清PAPP-A(20.8±6.6) mIU/L，INH-A（4.6±2.1）pg/mL，β-HCG（2512.4±155.3）IU/L、孕酮（33.2±8.7）nmol/L。对照 组血清PAPP-A (102.2±25.3) mIU/L，INH-A（36.7±3.1）pg/mL，β-HCG（12133.5±2208.3）IU/L，孕酮（101.3±26.6）nmol/L。观察组指标明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）。 PAPP-A与INH-A、β-HCG及孕酮均水平为正相关，相关系数(r)分别为0.491、0.503、0.482（P均＜0.05）。结论 血清妊娠相关蛋白A检测有助于异位妊娠的早期诊断和治疗。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the serum levels and clinical significance of pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A(PAPP-A) in ectopic pregnancy by chemiluminescence immuneassay(CLIA). Methods The serum levels of PAPP-A， INH-A， β-HCG and progesterone （P） of 78 patients with ectopic pregnancy (the study group) and 80 normal pregnant women (the control group) were detected by CLIA. Results Serum levels of PAPP-A， INH-A， β-HCG， P in the study group were (20.8±6.6) mIU/L， (3.6±1.4)pg/mL， (308.5±57.9)IU/L， (29.8±9.4) nmol/L respectively. Serum levels of PAPP-A， INH-A， β-HCG， P in the control group were (102.2±25.3) mIU/L， (36.7±3.1) pg/mL， (12133.5±2208.3) IU/L， (101.3±26.6) nmol/L respectively. The serum index levels of the study group were significantly lower and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). PAPP-A was positively correlated with INH-A， β-HCG and P. The correlation coefficient was 0.491， 0.503， 0.482 respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion PAPP-A plays an active supporting role in the early diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
