摘要:
目的 探讨放散式冲击波（radial shock wave therapy, RSWT）辩证循经取穴方法治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法 将96例病例分为松动手法组（32例）、放散式冲击波组（31例）和辩证循经取穴 治疗组（33例）。松动手法组应用松动手法治疗肩周炎，放散式冲击波组应用放散式冲击波治疗；辩证循经取穴组在放散式冲击波组治疗方法的基础上，配合辩证循经取穴治疗。比较3组治疗前后的疼 痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、关节活动度（ROM）、康复功能评分及临床疗效。结果 3组患者治疗后VAS明显减轻、肩关节活动度明显改善，康复功能明显提高（P值均为<0.01），治疗后不同时期放散式 冲击波组、辩证循经取穴组较松动手法组改善更明显（P<0.05），且辩证循经取穴组较放散式冲击波组效果更优（P<0.05）。放散式冲击波组、辩证循经取穴组较松动手法组显效率高（P<0.01），且辩 证循经取穴组更优于放散式冲击波组（P<0.05）。结论 放散式冲击波加辩证循经取穴疗法提高单纯冲击波治疗肩周炎的临床疗效，值得临床研究及推广。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the curative effects of radial shock wave therapy (RSWT) on acupoints along the channel in the therapy of periarthritis humeroscapularis. Methods 96 patients were divided into A, B and C group. A group used manipulation loose approach treating treat pain place, B group used RSWT treating pain place, and C group used RSWT and treated the acupoints along the related channel. The pain, ability of motion(ROM), rehabilitation rating and clinical efficacy were recorded. Results Compared to pre-treatment, the pain score, ROM, function and clinical efficacy were better in the post-treatment (P<0.01), and the efficacy of group C was better than group A and group B. Conclusion RSWT on acupoints along the channel with shoulder is better than the RSWT alone, and RSWT is worth clinical application and popularization.
