摘要:
急性胰腺炎发展到凝血功能紊乱是病情严重的重要标志，同时可能导致多种血管并发症如早期的局部胰腺灌注受损和晚期的门静脉系统血栓，从而很大程度影响疾病的治疗和预后。文章主要就凝血紊乱的胰腺微循环基础、血管和凝血系统的变化、门静脉血栓形成及凝血紊乱的防治等方面进行综述。
Abstract:
The progression of acute pancreatitis to coagulation dysfunction is an important indicator of the severity of the disease. Meanwhile, it may lead to a variety of vascular complications, such as primary local pancreatic perfusion injury and late portal venous thrombosis which greatly affect the treatment and prognosis of the disease. This article mainly reviews the basis of pancreatic microcirculation, changes of blood vessels and coagulation system, portal vein thrombosis and the prevention and treatment of coagulation disorders.
