摘要:
文章结合中外联合演训、应急医疗救援及医疗服务活动的经验做法，针对实际存在的问题提出合理化建议，促进机动卫勤分队执行多种任务能力的提升。通过分析任务特点，科学抽组队员，合理筹措装备药材，分阶段科学组训，创新管理模式，强化风险防范等一系列周密的筹备、严格的管理、高效的协同，完成中外联合演训、应急医疗救援及系列医疗服务活动。从执行任务的过程中，进一步探索中外联合卫勤演训组织实施重难点问题、新型卫生装备升级、国外应急医疗救援高效指挥协同和组织实施等方面，能有效促进我军机动卫勤力量执行中外联合演训、应急医疗救援等多种任务能力提升。
Abstract:
The article combines the experience of Chinese and foreign joint training, emergency medical rescue and medical service activities, proposes rationalization suggestions for practical problems, and promotes the improvement of the ability of mobile medical service units to perform multiple tasks. By analyzing the characteristics of the mission, scientifically pumping team members, rationally raising equipment and medicinal materials, staged scientific training, innovative management mode, and strengthening risk prevention, a series of careful preparation, strict management, and efficient coordination to complete Sino-foreign joint training and emergency medical rescue and series of medical services activities. From the process of performing tasks, to further explore the Chinese and foreign joint service in training to organize the implementation of difficult point problem, new medical equipment upgrade, foreign emergency medical rescue efficient coordination and organize the implementation, etc. Can effectively promote our service to carry out the Chinese and foreign joint in training and emergency medical rescue mission capability improvement.
