摘要:
目的 探讨骨质疏松治疗仪结合运动疗法对骨质疏松症患者治疗效果的影响。 方法 选取2017年1月至2018年3月安徽省第二人民医院康复医学科收治的骨质疏松或骨量低下合并骨质疏松危险因素的患者80例,按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予口服钙剂治疗,并规律进行一定强度的有氧运动,观察组在此基础上加用骨质疏松治疗仪进行治疗45次,于治疗半年后统计分析2组患者治疗前后疼痛评分、骨代谢指标总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽(P1NP)、β胶原特殊序列(β-CTX)的变化,于治疗1年后统计分析2组患者骨密度值的变化。 结果 观察组治疗后疼痛缓解的总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(77.50%,P<0.05),疼痛评分[(0.93±1.25)分]低于对照组[(1.70±1.59)分,P<0.05],骨密度值[(0.853±0.01)g/cm2高于对照组[(0.792±0.02)g/cm2,P<0.01],血清P1NP含量[(56.68±6.48)ng/mL]高于对照组[(52.78±6.67)ng/mL,P<0.05]。 结论 骨质疏松治疗仪结合运动疗法可有效提高骨质疏松患者的骨密度,缓解疼痛症状,提高骨量,改善患者的生活质量,具有较好的安全性。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of osteoporosis treatment instrument combined with exercise therapy on the treatment of osteoporosis patients. Methods Eighty patients with osteoporosis or low bone mass and osteoporosis risk factors were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Forty cases were treated with oral calcium, and a certain degree of aerobic exercise was performed regularly. On the basis of this, the group was treated with osteoporosis treatment instrument for 45 times. After half a year of treatment, the pain scores and bone metabolic indexes P1NP and β-CTX were analyzed. The changes in bone density values of two groups were statistically analyzed after treatment for 1 year. Results The total effective rate of pain relief after treatment in the experimental group (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (77.50%)(P<0.05). After treatment, the pain score of the experimental group (0.93±1.25) was lower than that of the control group (1.70±1.59)(P<0.05). And the bone density of the experimental group was (0.853±0.01) g/cm2 was higher than the control group (0.792±0.02) g/cm2(P<0.01). The serum P1NP content (56.68±6.48) ng/mL in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (52.78±6.67) ng/mL(P<0.05). Conclusion Osteoporosis treatment instrument combined with exercise therapy can effectively improve bone mineral density in patients with osteoporosis, relieve pain symptoms, increase bone mass, improve patients’ quality of life, and have better safety.
