摘要:
肿瘤的发生、发展是一个多基因、多因素、多阶段相互作用的结果。α-烯醇化酶(ENO1)是一种多功能酶,参与多种生理及病理过程,尤其与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。研究已证实,ENO1在多种恶性肿瘤中均有不同程度的表达上调,并阐明了部分可能的分子机制。因此,ENO1有望成为一些肿瘤的早期诊断、判断预后的潜在生物标志物和新的治疗靶点。文章主要就ENO1在肿瘤发生发展中的作用及其相关机制的研究进行综述。
Abstract:
The occurrence and development of tumors are the product of a multi-gene, multi-factor, multi-stage interaction. Alpha-enolase (ENO1) is a multifunctional enzyme that participates in various physiological and pathological processes, especially closely associated with the genesis and development of tumors. Studies have confirmed that ENO1 is up-regulated in various malignancies to vary degrees, and some possible molecular mechanisms have been elucidated. In this paper, the research progress of ENO1 in tumor is reviewed, which provides theoretical reference and a basis for further clinical research.
