摘要:
雌激素受体(ER)是核受体家族中重要的一员,在多种组织中广泛表达,包括肌肉、乳腺、前列腺等。ER主要包括ERα 和ERβ,当雌激素与ER结合后,通过形成同源或异源二聚体进入细胞核中促进多种转录因子的激活,从而调节复杂、动态的基因网络。ER在调节细胞的增殖、凋亡和自噬等过程中发挥重要作用,且与多种疾病的发生与发展密切相关,因此,近年来逐渐成为研究的热点。文章就ER的结构、生物学功能及其在骨骼肌发育和前列腺癌中的作用进行综述。
Abstract:
Estrogen receptor is an important member of the nuclear receptor family and is widely expressed in various tissues, including muscle, breast, prostate, etc. Estrogen receptors mainly include ERα and ERβ. When estrogen binds to estrogen receptors, they enter the nucleus by forming homodimers or heterodimers to promote the activation of a variety of transcription factors, thereby regulating complex and dynamic gene networks. Estrogen receptor plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation, apoptosis and autophagy, and is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases. Therefore, it has gradually become a research hotspot in recent years. This paper reviews the structure, biological function and role of estrogen receptor in skeletal muscle development and prostate cancer.
