摘要:
目的利用知识图谱方法浅析近20年来国内中医药治疗泌尿系结石的研究现状及前沿趋势。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库中2001年1月至2022年2月中医药治疗泌尿系结石的相关研究文献，利用CiteSpace及VOSviewer软件，采用作者合作网络、关键词共现、关键词聚类等方法，对文献的发表年份、作者、关键词进行可视化分析。结果最终纳入文献2817篇。中医药治疗泌尿系结石相关文献年发文量呈波动下降趋势，核心作者已经形成若干较稳定的研究团队，但团队之间合作较少。关键词分析显示研究者在泌尿系结石病因病机、体质证型、药物疗效及作用机制、中西医结合治疗、结石防治等方面开展了大量研究。结论应用知识图谱方法可较直观地展现近20年来中医药治疗泌尿系结石的相关研究概况，其中中西医结合手段治疗泌尿系结石、探索泌尿系结石防治一体化等可能会是该领域今后的研究热点，为泌尿系结石的中医药防治研究提供了参考。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the research status and frontier trend of Chinese medicine（TCM） in the treatment of urinary calculi in recent 20 years by using knowledge atlas method.MethodsThe relevant research literature on the treatment of urinary calculi with traditional Chinese medicine from January 2001 to February 2022 in the databases of CNKI and Wanfang were searched, and CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to analyze the year of publication, author and key words of the literature by means of author cooperation network, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering and so on.ResultsThrough the duplication and elimination of literature, 2817 papers were ultimately included. The annual number of articles has fluctuated and declined. The core authors had formed a number of stable research teams, but the cooperation between the teams was not close. Key words analysis showed that researchers had carried out a lot of research in the etiology and pathogenesis， physical syndrome types, drug efficacy and mechanism of action, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, urinary calculi prevention and treatment.ConclusionThis study shows the relevant research situation of Chinese medicine in the treatment of urinary calculi in the past 20 years. The treatment of by means of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and the exploration of the integration of prevention and treatment of may be the research focus in this field in the future, which provides some recommendations for further studies on prevention and treatment of urinary calculi with TCM.
