摘要:
目的 探讨乳腺癌的常规超声结合超声弹性成像的特征与雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)、人表皮生长因子受体-2(human epidemic growth factor receptor-2,Her-2)、Ki67等分子生物学指标之间的相关性。方法 回顾性研究78例经病理证实为原发性乳腺癌的病例,分析相关超声参数与ER、PR、Her-2、Ki67表达的相关性。结果 肿块外形、边缘、周界、腋窝淋巴结转移与Her-2表达相关;外形、周界与ER表达相关;大小、边缘、周界与PR表达相关;肿块硬度与Ki67表达相关。结论 乳腺癌超声特征与ER、PR、Her-2、Ki67阳性表达有一定的相关性,联合运用可初步无创性预测乳腺癌的侵袭性。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation between conventional ultrasound combine elastography ultrasound images of multi parameters of breast cancer and the expressions of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (Her-2) and Ki67. Methods The correlation between the ultrasonographic characteristics combination of ultrasonic multi parameter and immunohistochemical indexes of ER, PR, Her-2, Ki67 expression in 78 patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer cases was retrospectively analyzed. Results The shape, margin, boundary of lesion and armpit lymph node metastases were correlated with the positive expression of Her-2. The shape and boundary of lesion were correlated with the expression of ER. The size, margin and boundary were correlated with the expression of PR. The elastic of the tumor was correlated with the expression of Ki67. Conclusion There is a correlation between the ultrasonographic features and the expression of ER, PR, Her-2 and Ki67 in breast cancer. Combined with the two indexes can be preliminary noninvasive prediction invasive breast cancer.
