摘要:
目的 分析研究曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选择老年冠心病稳定性心绞痛62例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例，对照组常规服用阿司匹林、β-受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类和他汀类药物，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加曲美他嗪，疗程均为8周；比较两组患者治疗前后每周心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油用量及心电图、血压、心率变化等指标。结果 治疗8周后，临床疗效治疗组(90.32%)明显优于对照组(70.97%)，心电图改善情况治疗组(83.87%)优于对照组(67.74%)，但差异均无统计学意义；两组患者心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油消耗量均较治疗前显著减少，与对照组比较，治疗组减少更明显(P<0.05)；治疗期间两组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论 曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病稳定性心绞痛疗效确切，可有效改善心绞痛症状，值得临床推广使用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of trimetazidine treatment on senile coronary stable angina.Methods 62 patients with stable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases in each group.The control group received regularly aspirin,β-blockers,nitrates and statins for 8 weeks,the treatment group was administered trimetazidine in addition to conventional treatment.The anginal attacks,nitroglycerin consumption and electrocardiogram,heart rate and blood pressure changes in two groups of patients before and after the treatment were compared weekly.Results Anginal attacks,nitroglycerin consumption were significantly reduced after 8 weeks in two groups.The effect in treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).Clinical effect in treatment group(90.32%) was remarkably superior to that in control group(70.97%).Electrocardiogram ischemic changes in treatment group(83.87%) were better than that in control group(67.74%).Changes of heart rate and blood pressure in two groups were not significant.No drug-related adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion Trimetazidine can impove the senile coronary heart disease with stable angina in patients and is valuable to be spread broadly in clinic．
