摘要:
盘源性下腰痛是临床常见病,具有病程长,时轻时重,迁延难愈等特点,直接影响官兵的训练、生活和工作。目前,国内外对于椎间盘源性下腰痛的治疗主要包括保守治疗及外科手术治疗。外科治疗精准靶向,但创伤大、费用高,保守治疗对于轻症及慢性疼痛患者更具优势。近年来生物治疗开始兴起,为盘源性下腰痛的治疗提供了新的方向。文章主要就军事训练伤导致的盘源性下腰痛在物理治疗、运动疗法、药物治疗、生物治疗、中医推拿治疗等保守治疗方面的进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Discogenic low back pain is a common clinical disease, which has the characteristics of long course, sometimes light and sometimes heavy, and difficult to recover after prolonged treatment. It directly influences the training, life and work of officers and soldiers. Presently, treatment of discogenic low back pain at home and abroad mainly includes conservative treatment and surgical treatment. Surgical treatment is aimed precisely, but it is traumatic and costly. Conservative treatment is more advantageous for patients with mild and chronic pain. In recent years, the rise of biological therapy has provided a new direction for the treatment of discogenic low back pain. This paper focuses on the progress of conservative treatment of discogenic low back pain caused by military training injury, such as physical therapy, exercise therapy, western medicine therapy, biological therapy, and traditional Chinese massage therapy, and makes a brief review.
